GWAS在人类疾病的研究中非常热 门,但是在动植物的研究中却刚刚开始起步,正处在向人类GWAS方面进行借鉴的过程。但是GWAS对于动植物的研究可能将更加具有优势。由于动植物不像人 类那样可以随意构建群体以及随意重组。以下是到现今在动植物方面的gwas研究paper!
目前在动植物中应用到GWAS已经报道的物种包括拟南芥、小鼠、果蝇、水稻、牛、狗、猪。
